AI Systems Engineer (Working Student, m/f/d)

We are a real estate investment and development company active across acquisitions, asset management, and residential development projects in Germany. As part of our continued growth, we are building AI-powered internal systems to automate workflows, data collection, analysis, and decision-making processes.
We are looking for a technically Working Student who can use modern AI development tools to transform business requirements into practical software solutions.
- Build AI-powered applications, agents, and automations
- Develop Python-based tools, workflows, and internal software systems
- Work with APIs, databases, external data sources, and AI models
- Use Claude Code, OpenAI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools to accelerate development
- Turn business requirements into working software solutions
- Improve and expand existing internal systems
- Design software architectures and make technical decisions independently
- Deploy and maintain production-ready applications
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or similar AI development tools
- Ability to independently design, build, deploy, and maintain software systems
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and software architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
- Fluent English
Nice to Have
- PostgreSQL / Supabase
- Web scraping and browser automation
- Cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, or similar)
- Automation systems and workflow orchestration
- Experience building AI agents and LLM-powered applications
